Through five structured modules, you will:

  1. Understand the relationship between people development, personal development, and performance management.
  2. Explore key approaches to development, including training, counselling, consulting, mentoring, and coaching.
  3. Learn when and how to apply coaching and mentoring effectively in different workplace scenarios.
  4. Develop core values and skills such as emotional intelligence, active listening, and powerful questioning.
  5. Apply proven models and frameworks (e.g., GROW, OSCAR, CIGAR) to structure conversations, set goals, give feedback, and resolve conflict.
