The training was developed by MPFT Palliative and End of Life Care Team (Palliative + EOLC).
This training is for informational purposes only. Its content is appropriate to count towards professional CPD, however it is designed to compliment more in-depth training, such as face-to-face training offered by the palliative care team, and should not be used as stand-alone training course.
