This training is about Early Identification of End of Life. It contains information about end of life care, including death and dying which some people may find upsetting.

The training was developed by MPFT Palliative and End of Life Care Team (Palliative + EOLC).

This training is for informational purposes only. Its content is appropriate to count towards professional CPD, however it is designed to compliment more in-depth training, such as face-to-face training offered by the palliative care team, and should not be used as stand-alone training course.
