Good discussion of appropriate kitchen equipment to have to enable easy prep of IDDSI requirements and also what equipment you need/he would recommend for testing/auditing the meals. Trainer was very engaging and used real life examples. Practical demonstration of food preparation for IDDSI levels 4-6 which supported the theory covered earlier in the day.
