Key topics covered such as person-centred support, safeguarding, reflective practice, and partnership working. Learners will explore how to build confidence, maintain wellbeing, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care through real-life examples and practical guidance. Ideal for those new to the sector or looking to strengthen their foundation in care.
This course is mapped to the “New to Care” through to “Enhanced Support Worker” roles within the Care Workforce Pathway.
This course is suitable for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) but is not mandatory learning
