Description

Working in groups brings a broad range of skills, strengths and different lived experiences to a project. However, they may also lead to disagreements and conflict. This session will cover how groups work and how we can understand power and conflict in groups. It will outline how we can use different activities and engagement techniques to help people through the group process and provide group members with an opportunity to reflect on their own strengths and areas for development in group facilitation.
