This training provides an excellent foundation in both the practical and emotional aspects of end-of-life care. It thoughtfully balances clinical knowledge with compassionate communication, ensuring staff are equipped to offer dignified, person-centred support to patients and families during the most vulnerable moments. The inclusion of real-world scenarios, cultural sensitivity, and reflective practice makes it especially impactful and relevant."
