		Welcome to this module focused on partnership working As a manager in social care, it is important for you to build internal and external partnerships to support your work and the individuals in your workplace. Having a strong network of connections gives you plenty of opportunities to share and receive expertise, ideas and resources. Working closely with partners helps you and others to continuously learn and grow, so that people using care services receive the best level of support. In this module, you’ll start to explore some of those relationships and plan your next steps in providing good and outstanding adult social care services.
