Apprentices spend a significant portion of their time working alongside experienced staff, this hands-on approach allows them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios Upon completion of an apprenticeship, individuals are well-positioned to pursue further qualifications and career advancement. Many apprentices continue their education through higher-level apprenticeships. Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Lead practitioner in adult care (level 4) The Lead Practitioner apprenticeship is an ideal qualification for someone looking to progress onto a management role. Someone in this role will typically already lead a small team and will be looking to move onto a management role that requires additional skills. Local Partners Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Higher Apprenticeship (NSCG) Leader in Adult Care Leader in adult care (level 5) Leadership roles in a care setting can include Deputy Managers and Managers, but can also include other management roles in larger care settings. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone in a leadership or looking to step into a leadership role.
